Broken Eve Critique/Analysis

I'm going to critique @XxelecrtaheartxX 's character, Broken Eve.

First and foremost, I would like to say that I like this character better than Kali Rose. So far, this character is creepier, but the flaw is that she is still overly sexualized. Aside from that, I really like the color scheme! 
Moving on from looks, let me read her bio. I'm hoping that this character is better than Kali's, because she has real potential!

I don't understand how she's physically 16, but I'll hold back on that until later.

I think that the height and weight ratio are strange, but hey whatever.

I like the ghost idea, it's somewhat original.  
Although, as I've mentioned, the proxy thing is kinda unoriginal, and I don't understand why she has to be involved with all the well-known characters.  
Why is Jane her rival? Don't tell me she's in love with Jeff.  
I don't care about her S.O. If she's straight, that's okay.

... GOD DAMN IT.  Of course she's dating Jeff. Also, is she poly-amorous? I mean hey as long as everyone is consensual towards it go right ahead. Unless this is the case, I don't see how she can be dating both Jeff and Toby. Also, YOU DON'T NEED YOUR OC TO DATE A WELL KNOWN CHARACTER IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE GOOD.  
Of course she dislikes the bible. Of course. Let me guess, she's satanic?  

MOTHERFUCKING HELL. DID YOU SERIOUSLY ROMANTICIZE CUTTING AGAIN?  You have to be fucking kidding me. Self harm is a fucking terrible thing to deal with. Stop it. 
How does bed, Satan, chips, cutting, stabbing, killing= personality? I actually had hope for this character. Personality traits are: Hot-headed, gentle, passionate, sympathetic, etc. 
The catch phrase is kinda cheesy but I don't care tbh.

I gotta say that I like the fact that she's intelligent. I'm always a sucker for characters with brains. I like that she's in shape. I don't understand why she can't smell, though? Maybe there's a backstory on that. This part is actually pretty okay.

I like the slit throat and bloody eyes. It's interesting. I don't understand how she can take a human form when she is a ghost, but maybe you mean that she goes back to her appearance before her death or whatever happened in order to scare people? Idk. I actually like the colors. The only thing I don't like is how revealing the outfit is, but that's just me.

Ah, so there will be a story. I'll review that later. I hope it's good. As I've said, this story has potential. I'm curious as to how her friends and family died. Unfortunate that she has no pets (That's just because I love animals, I'm not saying this impacts the character).

Hey, purple's my favorite color too. I agree that it's smarter to kill at night I suppose. Okay, is she afraid of rapping or being raped? Because it would be hilarious if she went to kill someone (like Dave Strider) and they started rapping at her lol. But if she is afraid of being raped, I can understand that, but wouldn't she be scared of more things? As I've said, I like her intelligence factor. The song is a nightcore song? Okay. I'll have to listen to that. Okay, so I did. I don't really like it but hey, whatever. The disorders part doesn't bug me too much, but I would like to point out the fact that disorders aren't necessary for a good character. I'd like to know what caused her PTSD, though. 
Interesting way of killing, though. 

Overall, I'd give this character a solid 5/10. It's mediocre at best. It could use some improvement, and has real potential to be an amazing character.
